Moving towards the light

This series of movement sessions in our home space invites us to start the early morning with ease and calm, awaken the body and mind in gentle and playful ways, and prepare for our day.
By addressing in particular our tactile sense and exploring specific ways of touching ourselves, we sink deeper into the living structures of our body. Freeing the breath and movement stimulates the internal energy flow and provides the experience of bodily strength, softness, spaciousness and resilience in our actions.
Starting this one-hour practice when it is still dark outside the sun is moving with us, climbing with its upper limb to the horizon and welcoming us at the end of the session with its fresh and warming light. Come an join us!
